I spent three decades inside organizations — from ad agencies and media networks to startups and Fortune 100 companies. I know the high-performer's world from the inside: the drive, the pressure, the identity that gets built around achievement, and the quiet cost of all of it.
I also bring more than 7,000 hours of silent Buddhist meditation practice and formal training in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and contemplative leadership to every coaching relationship. I'm not offering tools from a textbook. This is lived and practiced wisdom — integrated into a coaching approach that is both rigorous and deeply human.
I also facilitate Interpersonal Dynamics — the legendary "Touchy Feely" course at Stanford Graduate School of Business — where I work with the next generation of leaders on exactly what we'll work on together: how human beings actually function in relationship, under pressure, and in pursuit of something meaningful.
