Executive Coaching
The leaders who change the world first change themselves.
You’ve earned your seat at the table. You’re smart, driven, and capable. And yet — something isn’t working. The team underdelivers. The same conflicts repeat. You’ve hit the limit of what competence and willpower can solve — and you know the next level demands something different.
You’re right.
In three decades at the top of corporate America — and 7,000 hours of silent meditation — I’ve learned this: how you lead externally is driven by what’s happening internally. The patterns that limit you aren’t out there. They’re in here. See them clearly, and everything changes.
You've found the right place.
Ready to Begin?
I’m not a coach who simply holds up a mirror. I bring three decades of operating experience — from Fortune 100 brands to venture-backed startups, from agencies to the C-suite — combined with deep training in contemplative practice, neuroscience, and somatic awareness.
I’ve sat where you’re sitting. I know the isolation at the top, the pressure to project certainty while navigating doubt. I’ve led through chaos, handled hard feedback, and rebuilt myself from the inside out more than once.
I also facilitate Interpersonal Dynamics — “Touchy Feely” — at Stanford Graduate School of Business, the most sought-after elective because it teaches what most programs avoid: how people actually work.
This is that kind of coaching.
What Makes This Different
What We Work On
Relationships — upward, lateral, and downward Some of the most talented leaders I work with are stuck in difficult dynamics with a boss, peer, or cross-functional partner. We get to the root of what’s happening — not just the surface conflict — and build skills to navigate it with precision and grace.
Influence without authority You don't have a title that commands the room — or maybe you do, and it's still not enough. We work on the deeper levers of influence: presence, trust, communication, and the kind of personal power that doesn't depend on an org chart.
Getting the promotion You're doing the work. You're not getting the recognition. We look at what's actually in the way — how you're being perceived, where your voice is disappearing, and how to make the case for yourself in a way that lands.
Confidence and the inner critic Imposter syndrome at the executive level is nearly universal and almost never discussed out loud. We go directly to its source — the stories underneath the doubt — and replace them with something more durable than confidence: deep self-knowledge.
Conflict, feedback, and the conversations you're avoiding Most leaders are avoiding at least one conversation they know they need to have. We work on both sides — how to deliver hard feedback with clarity and care, and how to create the kind of psychological safety where honest dialogue flows naturally.
AI and the future of your function If you're a marketing leader — or any leader — navigating the seismic shift that AI is creating in your industry, you're not alone in feeling both the pressure and the confusion. We work through the strategic, the operational, and the deeply human questions that AI is forcing onto every leader's desk.
Driving change and innovation Leading transformation is one of the hardest things a leader can do — especially inside organizations that are built to resist it. We work on your strategy, your stakeholder dynamics, and your own inner relationship to risk and uncertainty.
Running the operation Team structure, prioritization, delegation, managing up, building culture — the fundamentals of running a high-performing team well. Practical, rigorous, and grounded in what actually works.
Personal brand and narrative How you tell your story — to a board, to a new team, to a room full of investors — shapes how much trust and authority you're able to build. We develop the narrative that's both true and strategic.
Second acts and retirement Some of the most important work I do is with leaders at an inflection point — questioning whether the path they're on is still the right one, or preparing for the transition out of a long career into whatever comes next. These conversations deserve real depth and real time.
