Whether you're leading a team, an organization, or preparing for what's next, coaching offers a confidential space to think clearly, grow intentionally, and become the leader your role—and your life—is asking you to become.

Leadership is both external and internal.

We'll absolutely work on the practical realities of leadership:

  • difficult conversations

  • influence

  • strategy

  • team dynamics

  • decision-making

  • organizational effectiveness

But we'll also work on what's underneath them.

Because every leadership challenge is shaped by your internal operating system—your patterns, assumptions, nervous system, relationships, and capacity to remain steady under pressure.

When both operating systems strengthen together, leadership becomes more natural, more authentic, and more sustainable.

Words of Proof

" Cari has been integral in helping me find a management style and cadence that works for our stage and company. Her practice blends traditional coaching, strategic business methods, and spiritual practices (e.g. mindfulness, love and kindness, etc.) which has elevated me as a founder and human. If you are seeking a coach who will help you evolve exponentially— Cari is for you."

My Approach

1. Discovery & Listening

Every coaching relationship begins with curiosity. I'll get to know you, your leadership, your aspirations, and the challenges you're navigating. Together, we'll uncover the patterns, strengths, and opportunities that matter most, using thoughtful conversation along with tools like 360 feedback, the Enneagram, and other assessments when they're helpful.

2. Personalized Plan

No two leaders are alike, so no two coaching journeys should be either. Together, we'll define meaningful goals and design an approach that's personalized to you. While your objectives provide direction, our work remains dynamic and organic—evolving as new insights emerge and your leadership grows.

3. Coaching Sessions

Each session is dynamic, responsive, and grounded in what's most important that day while staying connected to your larger goals. Depending on what serves you best, we may use practical leadership coaching, mindful inquiry, somatic awareness, role play, frameworks, or real-world problem solving. The aim is always the same: lasting change that comes from understanding yourself more deeply—not just learning another technique.

4. Integration

Growth doesn't happen in a single conversation. Throughout our work, we'll pause to reflect, connect the dots, and integrate what you're learning into the way you think, relate, and lead—so new insights become lasting habits, not temporary inspiration. We will check in regularly to ensure we stay on track and that the learning feels more and more authentic and real-world.
